Star Lake Acadia
Acadia is from one of our time tested female lines. Her dam has been an absolute ‘go to’ cow for Star Lake and Acadia is proof of that. Her sire, Trafalgar Sampson II, is one of the most consistent bulls in the breed. Acadia has been one of our most productive show heifers, winning division titles at multiple shows including NEHCA, MAHA, NAILE and NWSS. Acadia’s first calf, STR Double Shot, had a BW of 68 lbs., his 205 day adjusted weaning weight was 597 lbs. and he commanded an impressive sale price of $5000 at the 2016 AHCA National Sale. Whitney has all the attributes of a true foundation cow; depth, length, volume and udder conformation and her pedigree is nothing short of remarkable on the top and bottom sides. Her sire, Karabin Farm's Tuffy, was the National Grand Champion Bull at the NWSS in 2007, and her dam, Summit Ranch Shaelyn, was National Grand Champion Female in 2007. In 2011 Whitney was named Grand Champion Female at the NEHCA regional show, the NY State Fair and was National Grand Champion at the NWSS in 2012. She also holds the title of "2011 AHCA Show Heifer of the Year".

Betula is a pure Scottish bred female that combines the form and function of her famous sire, Scott of Craycombe, with the outstanding performance of the legendary GOF/ Swains females.
In 2006 Betula was named Grand Champion Female at the NWSS by the internationally recognized judge Andy Smith, who proclaimed her one of the finest Highland females he has ever had the privilege to judge. Her daughter, LiTerra Betula 911, was crowned National Grand Champion at the NWSS in 2010.
